After the events of the Desire Grand Prix Bonus Stage, Michnaga is granted his wish of “anything works” by Sarami, who turns him to a handyman. After he begins his services, Tan, a girl resembling Beroba, comes to apply for a job as his assistant.

They begin going around town helping people in need: Keiwa Sakurai with his baby, Neon Kurama with her shopping, and Ace Ukiyo with a puzzle.

When Michinaga gets tired of doing stuff for his friends, he receives a request from a man to help his young hospitalized son Kakeru find his lost stuffed dinosaur. After the father leaves for work, Kakeru reveals that he intentionally “lost” his toy to get his father’s attention, as he was always working and never around.

After remembering his past with his own father, Michinaga transforms into Kamen Rider Buffa and succeeds in finding the toy.
