At Shin Neo DekaBase, Umeko listens to Ten Haretsuki as she shares her dream. Ten is a new member of the Dekarangers with the unique ability to foresee events through her dreams.

In her dream, Ten witnesses Jasmine becoming close with a handsome young man, which confuses Umeko since Jasmine is married. Just as Jasmine enters the room, Doggie Kruger receives a report about an attractive Alienizer who has been apprehended for carrying illegal weapons in Area 9 of the Alien Special Zone.
