A Gamma Superior robs a jewelry store, and both Akari Tsukimura and Onari Yamanouchi to chase after it. Sometime after regaining his former elite status, Shinnosuke is asked to partake in an investigation involving the paranormal and is sent to interrogate both Akari and Onari, who were inexplicably at the crime scenes.

However the fight had created a wormhole that sent both Takeru and Shinnosuke 10 years back in time. Shinnosuke finds a prototype Drive Driver while Takeru is “recruited” by his father Ryu Tenkuji, the latter unknowing of Takeru’s identity. Later as a younger Akari and Takeru are attacked by the Raffaello Ganma, Takeru and Shinnosuke transform to save them.
