Kamen Rider Ryuki

Japanese tokusatsu television program Kamen Rider Ryuki. It was the sixteenth episode of the tokusatsu series Kamen Rider. Ishimori Productions and Toei collaborated on it, and it aired on TV Asahi from February 3, 2002, until January 19, 2003.

The series’ catchphrase is “Those who don’t fight won’t survive!!” (!, Tatakawanakereba, ikinokorenai!!). The first American adaptation of a Kamen Rider series since Saban’s Masked Rider in 1996, Ryuki was turned into the 2009 television series Kamen Rider Dragon Knight.

The series received a 9.4% average rating.

Story Kamen Rider Ryuki

For thirteen Kamen Riders, thirteen Card Decks (Kdo Dekki) were produced. They enter into Contracts with creatures from the enigmatic Mirror World (, Mir Wrudo), an alternate universe that only permits the existence of the Kamen Riders.

The life power of the creatures they kill is fed to the Riders in exchange for access to their monsters’ strength. There can be only one Kamen Rider, according to the Advent Card’s designer Adobento Kdo (, Adobento Kdo). The Rider War is a war that results from the requirement that all other characters must be murdered in order for the solitary winner to receive a single desire.

Innocent people are unexpectedly being taken away from all over the city and disappearing. Shinji Kido, an intern at the online news outlet ORE Journal, finds one of the Card Decks while looking into these instances.

The Card Deck was found in an apartment where every reflective surface had been covered with newspaper. The horrifying truth behind the disappearances is soon revealed to him when he is drawn into the Mirror World, where he learns that the creatures of the Mirror World are literally pulling individuals through mirrors so they can feed.

When he is rescued by Kamen Rider Knight: Ren Akiyama, he is on the verge of being slain by the formidable dragon Dragreder. Ren will stop at nothing to win the Rider War. He collaborates with a young woman named Yui Kanzaki, who is looking for her abducted brother, Shir Kanzaki, the commander of the Rider War.

Shinji enters the Rider War after noticing Ren’s strength, not for the prize but rather to defend the weak against the dangers of the Mirror World and put an end to the senseless warfare between the Kamen Riders. He transforms into Kamen Rider Ryuki with Dragreder as his Contract Monster.

He will come to realize that not everyone can be saved. that he occasionally needs to fight to put an end to the violence. The lengths he must go to and the sacrifices he must make if he wants his deepest yearning to come true. There can only be one Kamen Rider in the end.
