Kamen Rider W (Double)

In the Kamen Rider Series by Toei Company, Kamen Rider W is a Japanese tokusatsu drama. It is the twenty-fourth series overall and the eleventh to make its premiere during the Heisei Period.

After Kamen Rider Decade’s conclusion, the series debuted on September 6, 2009, joining Samurai Sentai Shinkenger in the Super Hero Time lineup. Tensou Sentai Goseiger joined Kamen Rider W on Super Hero Time after Shinkenger ended on February 7, 2010.

The “Heisei Kamen Rider 10th Anniversary Project: Fall Campaign” (10, Heisei Kamen Raid Jusshnen Purojekuto: Aki no Jin) is the name of the television show. The series’ catchphrases are “This clinches it!” (!, Kore de kimari da!) and “We are the two-in-one Kamen Rider” (/, Ore-tachi wa/Boku-tachi wa, futari de hitori no Kamen Raid sa).

Story Kamen Rider W

People coexist peacefully in the environmentally conscious city of Futo (also known as Fto, the “Windy City”), where almost everything is powered by wind turbines.

The Sonozaki Family, however, sells enigmatic Gaia Memories, which resemble USB flash drives, to criminals and other interested parties who use them to transform into monsters called Dopants and commit crimes that the authorities are helpless to stop.

The fact that the Gaia Memories contain a toxic substance that makes its users lose control to the point where they risk dying from the life-threatening devices only makes matters worse. After the passing of his employer, Shotaro Hidari, a self-described hard-boiled (in actuality, half-boiled) investigator, teams up with the enigmatic Philip, who possesses the true Gaia Memory, to look into crimes involving dopamine.

Shotaro and Philip change into Kamen Rider Double using their individual Gaia Memories using the Doubledriver belts in order to battle the Dopant threat and protect Futo. The mystery of Philip’s history, his connection to the Sonozaki Family, and their Museum organization are revealed as Ryu Terui, an investigator, joins them in their struggle after transforming into Kamen Rider Accel.
